One of the worst experience my girlfriend and I had. It seemed like our waitress was racist. My girlfriend and I are black and... I?m not trying to imply anything; it?s just the last couple times we went there it the waitresses were always more interested inhelping everyone but us. Last couple times we went it?s not busy at all. We spent about a hour and 30 minutes on a very slownight. First off, our waitress seemed like she had an attitude. It took her 15 min just to take our order for drinks. We orderedbuffalo chicken tots and a 15 piece with two different flavors with some fries. It took 30-45 minutes just to get out food keepin mind two people who happened to be white males came in and they were handled almost immediately. The Appetizer came out withthe food AFTER BOTH men got their food. Our waitress checked on the gentlemen behind us more. We basically had a half ofWaitress and the food was barely decent and on top of all that we ordered 15 piece and got a 13 piece. We told her about it butat this point we were ready to go before they decided to just bring us the two wings. We had to tell her three times we neededto boxes and cups. So many red flags ???? Went in to eat on a Sunday evening during NFL prime time games. We fully expected a wait to sit down, as we did not want to sit... in the bar with our three kids. We could not sit in the dining room even though over 1/3 of the tables were empty and clean dueto there now being enough waiting staff. This is a sports bar, they should schedule enough people to cover all the tablesduring peak times for dining and sports. We could not sit in the bar due to every TV being on full volume and everyone tryingto talk over that. Will not be coming back to this location any time soon...much better options around for a sports bar withbetter service and food. Read more
The service here takes way too long, you'll get seated quickly they will take your order quickly but it will take them a solid... 45 minutes just to get your chicken wings out. Now I know I came in on the 4th but there was five waiters in an almost emptyrestaurant, the waiter brought two of the three Waters to us and when 30 minutes has passed and I still haven't got my water oreven seen our waiter I went and got my own water. Refills were a similar story, absolute trash customer service. No I did notleave a tip for basically serving myself. Jessica B was amazing yesterday, after no one wanted to wait on us since workers were too busy talking to their friends at table... and host stand that came in right after us. Jess came from back and saw us looking around, greeting us, took our while order,and did a wonderful job. Drinks stayed full. Order was correct. And even joked a little with us. Read more

Just seems to be a hit or miss with much at the Sheerwood location. I order the same thing every time I go. I am able to really... compare the inconsistencies. The everything pretzel bites where again over done..sad because when these are done right they areFANTASTIC! The draft beer was flat... not one bubble. Had to return that mess. The burger was way smaller than you wouldthink... but tasty and the wings.... well... they ALWAYS please:) Servers seemed to be unsure of what they were doing there.. inslow slow slow mode. Please buffalo wild wings.... be consistent with your quality of food and service.. if not there are otherplaces we can go. Read more

Food was awesome. Lots of things to watch. Sports and stuff. Had lots of laughs. We had a great meal and some excellent service... from Kensley our waiter. The food was fresh and tasty. My wings had a ton of sauce. Clean place nice folks and a great meal. WeWILL be back. Read more
