I don't eat a lot of fast food, but decided to go to arby's in sherwood. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, add Mayo... and Tomatoes! I guess they got mad, because I wanted Mayo, because they tried to empty the jar! On my sandwich! Ridiculous!I had to wipe some of it off! And then they had the audacity, not to give me any napkins! Weirdest Arby's experience ever. Beef was sliced balogna thick for some reason, not thin. Never seen that before. Didn't order... the brisket either. Just a regular roast beef sandwich. Fries were overdone and the grease clearly hadn't been changed in awhile. This location is normally very good. Must've been a fluke. Read more
Got a slider and a beef and cheddar. Was disappointed to find the smallest amount of cheddar cheese on both. Super unacceptable.... Also no marinara was given to us with our mozzarella sticks. Sucked. Read more
I decided to try an Arby?s burger today, and it was a mistake! They, like every other fast food joint, don?t listen when you ask... them to hold certain items from your sandwich. If that wasn?t bad enough, these burgers are very pink. Eat at your own risk! Read more

We went through the drive thru tonight around 10:15 and got some food and some shakes. Kj, the young man who took our order and... gave us our food was so polite, and had an amazing attitude. He genuinely cared about how fresh our food was and even went outof his way to ask us how we were doing and talked with us for a minute. (Something you don?t find lots of out here) we got ourfood fast and when we ate we could tell it was made with love. Thank you Kj for providing QUALITY customer service.
