They prioritize pick up orders over in person orders and turn customers away. I had an order to pick up and stood there for... over 20 minutes before I was finally acknowledged, it was never placed on the pick up rack, and I had given her my name when Iwalked in. There was a lady with 38 subs, they spent the entire time working on her pick up order instead of helping othercustomers. Read more
Order my sub. The lady at the register asked If I wanted chips and a drink with my sandwich. I respond with absolutely I want... the biggest drink you have. She laughs and I pay $18! After the shock left and I started to get a drink she said oh you can onlyhave tea we don't have any sodas right now. Talking about getting mad. I told her I don't like tea and asked if I could get abottle of drink she says yes but they are $2 and some change. Needless to say, they have gotten everything they will get out ofme. Read more
