I've ordered dinner for delivery and now gotten brunch in-person at The Sherman. It's been really good both times. I do live... closer to it so dunno if delivery will hold up over long distances but when we got it it was still hot. For brunch, our serverwas very charming and they even recommended against a dish that my girlfriend was about to order because people tend to not likeit as much as they think they would. We found this very helpful. The food (which looks simple on the plate most of the timehere) was so tasty! I got the all star or grand slam or whatever the baseball term is that signifies eggs and sides; it was allperfectly cooked but the bacon was a standout. It was so good i rationed it throughout the meal to make sure i had some leftover to eat at the end. Drinks were strong and well-balanced; bartender did an awesome job. My girlfriend got the breakfastburrito with added sausage. She couldn't finish it but brought it home because it was so good. She said adding the sausagereally elevated it. It's a tad expensive but it seems to be a place worth the price to me. I'll definitely be going back and iwould feel comfortable taking anyone and knowing they could get a great meal. Update: went back. The spicy tots, Mac andcheese, and buffalo wings are also all really good. It's a toss up between the sweet and spicy from the tots, or the smokeycheesy from the Mac and cheese for the best flavor. I'd eat either of them again for sure. Read more

Love the energy at the Sherman feels like a small town local Dive with the menu of a high end restaurant!! U must try the Spicy... Margarita top knotch!! Also The artichoke dip was the best Ive ever had!!! Read more
The food is amazing and the staff is super sweet and cool. They even offer gluten free buns/bread for their sandwitches and... burgers (which are all super delicious). Their appetizers are great too and they have a great selection of alcohol. Read more
First and last time here; which is unfortunate because the location is super cute and always a good time on Ventura! Short and... sweet review for this one, guys.... Drinks - where's the liquor mannn? ???????????? Avocado Toast - strange, we didn't evenfinish it, and I ALWAYS finish Avocado Toast ???????? Calamari - nothing special, but we finished the rings and tentacles???????? Tater Tots - always a win ???????? For pub food, go to Tipsy Cow instead. Very enjoyable restaurant/bar. Inviting space with roomy booth seating and a long bar with comfortable stools. Service was spot... on. The menu is bar food, which is ... bar food. However, very tasty. Several screens to watch the sporting event and we enjoyedthe variety of music played. Very warm, friendly feel here. Read more
