although there was a long wait in the line i got my drink quickly! only 1 employee...he was nice
I visited Starbucks at Ralph?s Sherman Oaks today and asked the barista to add money to my card. I asked him to combine 2 cards... on to the one I just purchased and he told me he didn?t know how to do this. I asked him why he worked there if he didn?t knowhow to do this. He let me know he didn?t need attitude. I don?t understand because this was a legitimate question. He didn?thave a manager around to ask? I wasn?t angry as it is obviously a training issue. Hope to not see him again. I didn?t realize hecould speak to anyone that way. He gave the next customer grief as well. Read more

Poor service specially from the girls who works there on Friday 09/03/2021 around 3 pm , she gave me the cup with dry face i... said thank you she never replied and no sticker on my cup says its triple shot . The barista at this location really did not want to be there tonight. My friends and I stopped by this Starbucks since we were... down the street. This Starbucks is located inside Ralph so you're able to park in the Ralph underground parking lot if you want.We got here with about 30 minutes before closing. We wanted a black coffee, the barista said he would have to make a batch forus. The barista seem like he didn't want to he there based on his body language. It took a while for our drink to come out andwhen it did, the guy didn't close the lid all the way. That's very dangerous with very hot coffee and for someone who didn'tnotice. Read more
I love the fact this store is inside Ralph's! I would buy coffee & do grocery shopping. The employees are efficient & friendly.... Sometimes the area where you get the creamer & sugar is messy & dirty. The counter top is sticky! Read more
I don't know which company really controls the Starbucks in Ralphs (whether it is under the management of Ralphs or Starbucks... Corp.) But lets just say that a snail moves faster then the people there. It doesn't seem like the employees care whether thereare complaints or not (are they under a union organization?
