90% of the time I order an egg white sandwich without cheese, I receive it with cheese, then send it back and wait for a new... one, which always takes two to three times as long to make as the first one did. The order is always taken correctly with a big?NO cheese? written on it but clearly whoever makes the bagels does not read the order. I just ran into this issue this morningand received a new sandwich, this time WITHOUT the egg whites which was also CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE ORDER. I?ve dealt with thisfor too long not to say anything on a public forum. I?ve contacted corporate a few times about this but never heard anythingback. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Read more

Great bagels, toasted properly, and with a fair amount of cream cheese. I've been to this location a few times and have not been... disappointed. I usually toast it a little more on my own since I take it to go. They do bagels well. Read more

NOAH'S NY BAGELS is a shabby/chic, New York style, neighborhood eatery, located on the street level of a two story shopping... plaza. Patio seating is offered. On the floor above is an exercise facility filled with the beautiful people, you know, celebrities, actors and athletes. The paparazzi often hang-out to get pictures. In 1989, Noah's NY Bagels was founded by NoahAlpert in Berkeley California. In 1996, the 38 store chain was sold for $100 million to "Einstein Bros.," which became adivision of "Coffee and Bagel Brand," a national chain of coffee shops, for $365.4 million. Noah's Sherman Oaks bakery, iscompany owned. Alan, the manager, runs a friendly shop. Regular customers are greeted by name. Since, I am a regular, I haveseen them instantly exchange jobs in order to keep the line moving. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The baker turns outexcellent streamed bagels, rolls, and muffins. He arrives at three in the morning, when I'm still in bed. I've been there atsix and there's a full selection of warm breads and pastry displayed. Steamed bagels have a softer crust than traditionalboiled bagels. Both styles are "proofed" and baked. The cooking process takes about two hours. So every once in awhile, when anusually large order is placed, they can run out of some varieties. Calling/texting ahead guarantees your order. Catering forparties or the office is offered. Delivery is available. For years I've kept vegan "cream cheese" in their refrigerator toschmear on a bagel. Add a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber, then sprinkle with shredded seaweed and capers. Now you havea vegan "lox" breakfast sandwich. I bring a bottle of shredded seaweed. It's available, as a seasoning, at Asian markets. Theyoffer at least a dozen choices of bagels and Danish, many flavors of coffee, brewed and espresso. A ten percent discount isavailable to seniors; just ask. If you're from the East coast you'll be comfortable here; if you're not, you'll discover w Read more

Very awesome service the only thing I suggest if your a picky bratty privileged customer I suggest you don?t come here because... if you?re lacking humbleness then you should probably go to a store where they will lick the ground you walk on. Other than thatthe bagels always taste fresh and staff is usually attentive when it?s not super busy. Best to come toward afternoon when therush calms down! Read more
