PizZa is very good. If you like thin big slices. But customer service needs works. I called to place an order. Then don’t take... orders over the phone. Which is not that big of a deal. Then I ask how much for a pie he says, $18. Then I ask from that pie canyou add mushrooms on one slice, he said yea most definitely. Then he said if you want to pay cash come and order in person itwill take 6 min. My wife gets there, they now say the pie is $22, they can not make one slice with veggies, and the wait wasalmost 45min. They were being rude to my wife as if we are making up these things. I don’t even mind if it is $22 as supposeto $18. I just want accurate information. Everything they told me over the phone was completely wrong and still had an attitude.Instead of trying to figure out which of his workers gave all wrong information they just gave my wife a nasty attitude. And pswhat pizzeria doesn’t take orders over the phone!!!!!What a joke!!!!!! The only reason it’s 3 stars and not zero is becausethe pizza is actually good. Really good pizza (I like the white pizza) and amazing staff. Disastrous bathrooms but it's the company's fault for not hiring... a janitor. They probably expect the two gentlemen who work there to do the cleaning as well. Read more
FINALLY! Someone who makes good, hand tossed (I mean like they actually toss their own dough) fresh and delicious pizza and... calzones. It is going to be hard for anyone to keep up with Joe's. Their calzone offering is off the HOOK and HUGE! I workacross the street at Sepulveda and Ventura. It's an easy walk (and you wanna bcz that parking lot is ridiculous at lunch time)or have them deliver. Read more

First I want to say, I’ve been here before and loved it. Came for a pizza and some salad to dine in. Service was awful. Had to... keep repeating our order because the young lady was not paying attention. Waited for our food for a normal amount of time butour pizza was burnt. Not well done, but burnt. When I asked if this was acceptable I was told “sometimes they come out thatway”. Really?? Not okay. Paying for food it should be consistent. This place is not what it was. Not going back.
