Good food and customer service. Location is very small and basic looking on the inside. Could not get table seating and had to... sit at the bar. Read more
Went there time to time! But yesterday Got there at 5:30 and ordered, 1/2 my order didn’t come in, since they said computer... was down , also some item on the menu not available , no air condition 90 degree ! They rely on leaving front door opening! They said air condition is not working , I eat the one item that came after 20 minute sweating the whole Time , finally restof my order didn’t come so paid as left ! Criminally understaffed for the past year or so. The food is usually some of the best sushi in the valley. They use a third... party delivery service, meaning actual accountability for your meal is not a thing and it takes way longer: just picking up thefood yourself is the safest bet you'll actually even get it. After a failed delivery, they actually didn't even want to pick upmy phone's number (but after calling with my partner's phone they still didn't want to place the order over the phone, weird?)and just went there to order it where they did put a rush on the order because we had originally placed the delivery order threehours prior. I definitely think if they had more wait staff things like this wouldn't happen since all the workers are reallynice (I've been going there for years and only noticed this problem since 2021). Great sushi and other dishes with kind and warm service. I cannot say that the service is very attentive, however, they are... incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and fresh and never short of satisfying my craving for qualityJapanese without being overly pricey. Can't wait to go back! Read more
