I love el pollo loco but I had an awful experience here today. I placed a curbside order as I have a degenerative spine... condition and would rather not leave my car. It was supposed to be ready at 1:38 and at 1:45 they sent me a notification thatthey were bringing my order out. At 1:58 I went inside to find my order on the counter, getting cold. Cup empty as they had nointention of bringing it to me. I understand they are busy but this is a little unacceptable. I have a 30 minute lunch hour andI spent all of it waiting for my food that was sitting there. I was offered a blank stare and the offer to remake it, which isgreat. However I have already used my lunch time waiting for this food. Please do better. Read more

Like any other Pollo Loco the food taste the same and it is yummy. The only issue I have with this location is when you order... from their app they offer pickup, curbside and delivery and every time I order curbside they never come out to deliver my food.I?ve waited as long as 10 minutes past my arrival time to give them a chance to bring the food out before I go inside. Also,it?s frustrating when they don?t give you the amount of sauces you ordered. I get that they get busy and that?s understandablebut if you?re going to offer a service you can?t deliver on, or be consistent with, you shouldn?t offer it. So far myinteractions with their staff have been good? you can tell they?re trying hard to do their jobs and doing the best they can. Nice pleasant workers and standard El Pollo fare that was up to par. The order line and food pick up wait time were a tad slow... but that is totally understandable given that they were short handed with now hiring signs. I would come here again. Read more
Gave a 2 star only because the the flavor of the chicken was great but dry (what I could get), but there was only half a bite of... meat on the wing (that image was before i ate anything), and the breast was easily 1/3 the size of what I have gotten from ElPollo before. The 2 churros I also got had literally only trace amounts of sugar/cinnamon and I was basically eating soggy friedbread. The chicken bowl my fiance got was good but the rice was very cold, and everything else was only lukewarm at best(despite us ordering less than 15 minutes ago) Disappointed because we just moved here.
