Have been coming here almost a year now and have been waiting to experience what the most recent reviews portray! We (and... friends and family) have had nothing but excellent food and amazingly professional courteous service! Windstorm is always amazing. The ranch is to die for. I only wish I they didn't remove teriyaki but the spicy Korean is a good... substitute. The new chicken sandwich is amazing! Just be sure to get the lemon pepper flavor. Read more
Yea. No. I?m not sure what happened tbh but the last three times I?ve gone my order has been wrong/ missing something. Tonight... they didn?t have any fries- which is fine I get we got shortages but I wasn?t told before I ordered or paid- my wings were alsowrong( 10 pc (buffalo/bbq) 5 pc (lmnppr) ) received 10 buffalo and 5 lemon pepper- was gunna get them switched. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and the lemon garlic wings . Well when I got home and checked the bag I got lemon pepper wings... and garlic parmasean. Lucky no one in my house is allergic to that. I need wing stop to do better. Hopefully next time theywill get it right. Read more
Not good customer service. We ordered ahead of time and arrived 20 minutes later, the time frame of 16-20 minutes. We... understand it's not perfect but we waited an additional 25 minutes (longer than it even gave us 20 minutes before wearrived). 08/01/22 @ noon for lunch.. customer service was less than a Zero . We ordered a split combo. 1/2 Bone in and 1/2 boneless. Wife... has severe gluten allergy and we always order her the bone in, no batter.. we eat at this location often in the evening.. nevera problem until today .. the ticket showed split order ... Classic & boneless.. we were the only in store customer at thattime.. 21 minutes later ( on a lunch break from work) I go up and ask about the order.. it was miraculous ready, fries andwings were absolutely not hot as normal and all the wings were boneless and battered.. I took the order back up and advised theyoung man that we ordered 1/2 Bone in.. he said, no you did not, I repeated the order back to her. She ordered all boneless. I told him that she can not order or eat boneless due to gluten allergy and we make the same order often with no problem.. heimmediately became defensive, said again , I told her they were boneless and it would be 16 minutes. He charged me $1.46 to getthe correct wings and was very rude. He did not care and was not going to admit the mistake or correct it Our ticket actuallyshowed the correct split order. But the ticket he showed me said all boneless, obviously not the correct ticket , it showedsauce in the side and upgraded drink, also not the way we ordered.. very very poor customer service... I?ve been here multiple times, always disappointed compared to other WingStop locations. I had my takeout order at 7:15PM, they... were out of sweet tea, the manager said it was too late to make more, but yet they don?t close until 10:00PM. Read more
