Its honestly hit or miss, nothing more aggravating then getting home with the families order only to find out Half the burritos... are wrong, have some substitute, or just flat out leave/forget stuff that comes in it. For instance twice now this month I'vehad gross shredded chicken in place of the grilled chicken in the quesadia, no onions or red sauce in bean burritos and nocrispy tortilla strips in the beefy melt burrito or chicken Chipotle burrito. I know times are tough but how are you going to raise prices AND skimp your food?? I order a beefy 5 layer and it was mainly... beans, also the little one in the pic use to be twice this size. It's the cheesy chipotle chicken burrito. Does that look like aburrito?? And have you seen their tacos recently? hardly any meat. It's like they started using a butter scoop rather than anice cream scoop for their portions. Read more
Food is tex-mex style and typically average to below average in taste and quality dependent upon the item ordered and your... current level of sobriety. Would have rated 2 stars but gave an extra star due to the fact that post Covid epidemic this isabout the only place that you can get fast food from after 10-11pm until they close at 3am. Sufficient is about the best I cansay about the food, if you are up late and are unable or too tired to cook something at home. Stay away from the beef taco meat(paste), or your body will start to wonder what it did to deserve this in the morning. I get take-out from this store whenever a Tex-Mex craving grabs me...as do scores of my Sherman neighbors, judging by the length... of lines in the drive thru lanes every time I go. Evidently, nobody is disappointed with their order; I am always happy with mycrunchy beef tacos. Read more
Third strike, they do not know anything about the Taco Bell app. I had been here twice asking questions about the app. This time... I ordered a mobile pick up order. Doors are closed and couldn?t go in. No sign or anything. Went through the drive thru andasked for are names only to tell us to go around to the double doors. No reason to use the mobile order. It took twice as long.Last to times when they did not know how to help with the order they were rude. This time we had a nice gentleman but doesn?tskip the fact that we used the app for nothing. They gave us coupons for the wait but expired a year ago. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones but I can?t not today. I go to Taco Bell and order a party pack with no... lettuce because my family doesn?t like lettuce and this is what my tacos look like. This is absolutely ridiculous that I paid$15.99 for a 12 taco party pack and this is what my tacos look like. Do better Taco Bell. Read more
Just dropped $40 on taco bell tonight after work, my 5 layer burritos were bean and sour cream, and my "crunch wrap" was... literally, I mean literally tortilla, lettuce, and SOUR CREAM, oh so good!!!!!! I mean, and half of my order was missing, oh Ilove it! Actually all jokes aside, I'll be back within the next few days for refund. I won't ckne back to this location this isthe second time they have screwed me, night shifts managers SUCK! They refused a refund... Shocker. Read more
Just terrible we go there multiple times every couple of weeks and get the same thing everytime and it never fails something is... never correct how hard is it to work at taco bell and make sure a simple small order is correct I mean come on. Read more
