Honest review after 4 different times not able to get good quality and correct food. I am not even talking about customer... service. We tend to go again same taco bell even we are not satisfied, understanding it happens, but when it happens again andagain that means they don't care about customer. It happens that when we order online in store pick up either they miss food orpacked something which you can smell and feel not made fresh. I walked in and saw that there were two working the drive-tru, but no one working the front. I stand there and made eye contact... with the two women working the drive-tru and nothing. Finally after a couple of minutes one decides to take my orderbegrudgingly. As if I'm bothering her. No "I'm sorry for the wait", or " How may I I help you". Just "What do you want". Worst service and food of Taco Bell. Get it together please. The kid running the drive though could care less to take your order... and the menu in the drive thru needs to be updated if you're out of something. Food wasn't even cooked all the way. I wasted mymoney and will not come back. Stay away from this location. Read more
I just don?t understand the bad reviews for this Taco Bell. This is one of THE best Taco Bell?s around. Yeah they can be slow at... times but the food is always hot and FRESH. All I can ask for! :) Read more
This place literally has water running out of the fountain machine like it's Niagara Falls, no one cleaning or... instructing/apologizing when you come in to order. All the tables were visibly filthy. While our food was done quick, no onecalled my number to pick it up from the counter, so I had to guess and hope that was my bag sitting up there, that had beenthere a few mins. I'll probably just drive to another taco bell when in town for shopping or go to that awesome pizza placeacross the street. Read more
For a new remodeled store it was dirty the tables was unlevel on assembling they were still contractor dirt still underneath the... fountain drink srand the bathroom doors couldn't hardly lock them. The place was dirty on the dining room floor and behind thecounter too. Could just imagine what it looks like where our food is made up. KFC and taco bell needs to get better managers atnight so the staff or the manager can keep it clean. Not sure if coke got spilt are somebody threw up there but all they did isput a sign up saying floor may be slick. Wow ! Just see the photos u will know what I mean.
