The Subway website is frustrating to use. That's not the restaurant's fault, but the employees were also unhelpful and refused... to fix the issue. When I drove to the restaurant to pick up my order, the employee smugly informed me that I must be at thewrong restaurant. My order showed the correct location on my receipt but somehow the time for my order had changed to the nextday. No biggie, right? Practically every online ordering service lets you adjust your time of your order. Not Subway. Theemployee said if I wanted my dinner I'd have to pay for it again. As far as my refund for the food that I had paid for that theyrefused to make, he said "I don't know what to tell you dude." So, I refused to pay twice for the same order. And since I'mapparently not getting a refund I will have to dispute this with my bank once the charges stop saying pending. Very shocked anddisappointed by this kind of customer service in 2021. Upset that I had to go home with no dinner for my wife. Fortunately mylife doesn't depend on the $22 or so that I am being temporarily screwed out of, but for some people, screwing with their moneyis a matter of going without an essential need. Read more
The guy with reddish hair with the bad attitude sucks. He isn't training properly and lady was on her first day and dude wouldnt... even show her without asking. I had to tell her how to make the sandwhich. My friend ordered a cold cut and didn't want thebologna on it and they said they couldnt take it off. Normally service is awesome but that guy is aweful. Sandwich was good I ask for tuna but was out so I got chicken sandwich it took awhile on waiting in line only two people working... in there at the time it was close to lunch time plus all this rain we had in a month or so is making pot holes in there parkinglot need fixing but I give 5start on sandwich and the people that working there Read more
Ive always enjoyed coming to subway. The staff is great. I love getting a fresh sandwich just the way I wanted it.
I'm on a mission to eat at and review every restaurant in Sherman and Denison, including chains. I realize this could take... years. Restaurant is clean, employees friendly, food is good and fresh. Best Subway in Sherman. I love the dining room with thefake fireplace. Highly recommend. Read more
This subway is surprisingly nice for being in a gas station. There is a great size eating area and staff is always friendly. The... line cane be long around lunch time but the staff does a good job of keeping things going. Read more
Shouldn't even give you a star, girls are mad cause they have to work at 7am . Frozen egg on a hot sandwich.
