Everyone always provides me with excellent customer service when I come in. Kristi the Store Manager goes up and beyond with her... customers with such a caring and good attitude. 11/8 experience: I ordered the pork rib daily special because it is usually really good. Today was not the case. The ribs were... either way over cooked or were really old and warned up too much or both. They're going to make expensive treats for my dog.Very disappointed. The lady at the drive thru window was nice as always. Update: I've been here a few more times now. The foodhas been good. They must've just had a bad day when I got the brisket Mac. The staff in the drive thru is so very friendly!! Igot the brisket Mac. The brisket was pretty dried out and there wasn't much of it. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. The staffwas okay.
