The food came out very, very slow and wasn’t very hot. The waitress was really slow and we waited for drinks and to talk to... her about problems and to order dessert. It was really difficult to flag someone over for anything. The balsamic vinaigrettesalad dressing was awful — thick and very strong flavor and nothing like a traditional balsamic vinaigrette. The ketchup istheir own and isn’t great. The food was pretty good. In the past we’ve had wonderful food and fantastic service. I hope thisvisit was just an anomaly and they’re back to being great next time. (They also need to trim the tree that hangs over one oftheir parking spots!) Read more

We've been here several times and it seems like the experience declines each time. While the 6oz filets are decent steaks... (comparable to what we can purchase from Sam's Club and cook at home), but the service and the sides are a bit hit-and-miss. OnSaturday, we waited over 30 minutes after being seated for our not-complicated drink order to be delivered (A Martini and aManhattan...and the latter tasted off), and our meals even arrived 5+ minutes before our drinks were finally delivered. Thereare better options in Sheridan and we'd recommend you check out the other options. We can't figure out why this restaurant isone of the top rated places in town. Read more

One of the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had! James is an amazing mixologist. Bri did a fantastic job with the table side... presentation of our 36oz bone in rib-eye. The steak was out of this world and the management insured we had a great experience. So nice to see team members helping each other out! Overall fantastic dinner! Highly recommend! Read more

Our server was kind and friendly. We waiting quite a long time for our drinks. But, When you pay $45 for a steak you should be... upping the rest of your game with your sides as well. Our table asked for mayo and it was served to us in packets… hot andwatery… I think if people are paying for a steak that costs that much, your establishment can afford to serve some condimentsin cups that don’t go bad sitting in the back. Just a suggestion. They need to work on there presentation as far as how andwhen the food comes out, once again if your presenting as a steak house- you can up your game on this and come out better in theend for it. After a great day in town Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House was recommended for dinner. The four of us were seated right away and... Angela, our waitress, was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. We had the Gumbo, Western burger, cedar plank salmon (withlemon) and ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection, except the garlic mashed potatoes which our waitress quickly took care of.The gumbo soup was spicy but we like it that way. For dessert we had Apple Cobbler and Pecan Melt Away. Wow! It’s a goodthing we were sharing desserts. They were huge and of course delicious! It was a little pricey and we did not realize this wasa chain restaurant but we would definitely return. Read more

This Rib & Chop house on the corner is worth stopping in for! It's so good there was a 30 minute wait on a Wednesday, and worth... it! Clean restrooms and great music playing. A bar with football games on is a nice touch. Paper on the tables, so anyone can beentertained by drawing while ordering/waiting for food. The staff is very nice, major props to Quinton aka "Q" (????) forwaiting on 3 ladies that were hungry! The steaks melt in your mouth, succulent, tender, seasoned just right, and juicy even whenordering medium/medium well. No Thousand Island dressing, but Ranch worked with the dinner salad. The baked potatoes were softand cooked to perfection with all the fixings. The Brownie sundae is HUGE and can feed 2-3 people for $7.95. Raspberrycheesecake is sublime for $7.95 also. They honor their Veteran's with a 25% discount and has a table with drinks reserved inmemory of the 13 fallen heroes! ?????????????????? Please stop in if you're in the area, you won't regret it! We were so looking forward to some good food...but were disappointed with the rack of ribs we ordered. They were VERY tough and... not much meat on them. Not at all what we expected. Probably the worst I’ve had given they were so tough. The sauce wasgood but not enough to make up for the poor way they were cooked. The mac and cheese side was yummy. And the gumbo and cheesesoups we each tried. But the entree was really a let down. Tried the desserts since we were still hungry - peanut butter piewas great and the brownie sandwich. Hopefully their steaks and chops are better than the ribs. ?? Read more

We went in a group of 12 on July 5 with a reservation at 12:30. The server started out by telling us they were short staffed. He... then repeated it when more people came to the table. There was a paper table cover and he gave us a crayon to write numbers onethrough twelve at each of our places so they could keep track of who ordered what. But then when the drinks and food came out itwas the regular auction style you get sometimes. The numbers didn't really work. The food came out in stages and not alltogether. They missed one meal and brought a pulled pork sandwich instead of a steak sandwich which we know we ordered becausehe even asked what temperature to cook it. Then another order was supposed to be without bacon and it came with bacon. It took along time for the server to come back and check on us. The meals were corrected. Once they were correct, the food was verygood. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us an extensive listing of desserts at the end of the meal. He wasvery friendly but I would recommend not telling tables about your restaurant being understaffed. It's important when busy tostill take your time and focus on quality. I'd rather wait an extra 5 minutes while you put the order in correctly than receivesomething that isn't what I ordered. I would go back regardless because I could tell the server was doing his best in astressful situation and the food was pretty good. Read more
