I ordered take out on mobile app, some heavy set woman that I think was the manager started yelling at me, the lobby is closed.... I didn?t go there to be yelled at, I just wanted 3 tacos to go. She the started screaming at other customers who were dining in,they were there for a while. Other employees started giving me dirty looks. What kind of people are moving into Sheridan. Read more
The dining room was closed, drive thru service was incredibly slow. Sat there for over 20 minutes then when it was finally my... turn I was told they were out of the only things I wanted. Not up to Taco Bell standards. Read more
Taco Bell has had some supply chain issues, but there is always something to grab to eat and their service is always friendly... and almost always super fast. Read more
We walked in at 430 pm and the gal said dining room is closed. Kinda weird. To bad for them, a bus showed up and was turned away... too. Oh well, hope everything is ok. Read more

Clean, good service, and reasonable timing. I was happy with my experience here at Taco Bell in Sheridan. The staff seemed a bit... new and unsure about some things, but the manager was helpful and quickly helped where needed. Everything was correct in ourorder and we enjoyed our meal very much. I love Taco Bell & have always enjoyed it. I went in today where they made my order incorrectly the entire order was wrong, when... I made them aware & asked if they could substitute for something they did have they told me to pull around the side. I set in mycar for 15 minutes at least, to be told not only was my food not made but..when I went inside to be told I would have to pay forthe item I did want although I already paid for the order I didn?t want I offered to pay the difference to change the order. Ijust wanted Taco Bell food I could eat. It got to be such a pain I ended up getting a refund & not able to get anything Iactually wanted. I was disappointed staff was rude, inconsiderate & didn?t seem to care that their fault & lack of communicationcaused issue. I wish things where different but.. they did not care at all. Read more
