I went there with my SO and a friend on September 30th. We sat on the restaurant side of things (I've always had great hibachi... service there, even though I don't like the hibachi food) and we had the worst service I've had in a long long time. Ourwaitress was very rude. We didn't get waters like we asked, barely got silverware and napkins, and she was extremely 'put out'that we asked for soy sauce. I'm guessing they're hourly there and don't rely on tips, otherwise you'd think they'd offer a moreenjoyable friendly service. I was honestly taken back at just how horrible it was. I'm never going to eat in there again.Probably won't even get take out considering the quality isn't what it used to be either. Read more

The food was great!!! Pricing pretty typical for sushi but is cheaper if you don?t get much of that and do some other things.... Don?t be scared off by ?sushi?. They have a lot of things on their menu. The hibachi was fantastic. They also have a dessert?sushi? which is just fruit rolled around a little piece of cheesecake and it was FANTASTIC!!! This is usually pretty good but has been money hungry as of lately. This place serves food so small my 3 year old doesn?t even... get full from now. The pic posted with this is a ?bowl? of soup that was served almost empty to us with lunch. This place isvery hot inside. The waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by serving us after sitting for 15 minutes without being seen,all while watching 2 serves sit and chat. So disappointed in this service. Excellent food. My first visit a few weeks ago, we went to the hibachi side of the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The... grill show was very entertaining and the service was great. This time (May 31st) was very good all the way around too. I hadthe steak & scallops this time and the steak was a little over cooked. However it was still juicy & flavorful. Update, after Covid they opened the grills again. They food was great. We will return! Great for families. Good show and the... cooks were funny. Amazing rice. Original post: The food was just alright. The fried rice was more like white rice with sauce.It was not cooked long enough. The teriyaki chicken was a little undercooked and chewy. As we are traveling on our honeymoon road trip, we stopped in Sheridan as a point before we headed to Yellowstone. We asked the... hotel guy what places would he recommend for food and he stated Sapporo. We decided to have dinner there. Since we did nothave a reservation for the hibachi grill, we were told we had to wait about 30 minutes. No biggie! We arrived back at ourdesignated time and were seated with other guests. We did not know how much fun we were going to have at this place. Ourserver was very attentive to our entire table. The Japanese Cherry Blossom was a delightful treat as I had three of them lol. The food was delicious and it was just an overall awesome experience. Thanks to Vanessa for inviting us to her impromptubirthday party celebration as the cake was delicious.
