Order is always done correctly

Would really love to be able to leave a positive review; however this is the second time we received a pizza that was delivered... with the wrong ingredients on it. Ordered a hamburger and green olive and received a hamburger and green pepper. My husband ishighly allergic to green peppers and the pizza was loaded with them. I called to express my dissatisfaction with our order andwas told if I brought the wrong order back they would replace it with another pizza. So much for the convenience of having apizza delivered. I refused to do that as this is clearly their mistake and not mine. Was offered $3.00 off our next order butit does little to compensate for the $20.00 pizza I ordered and couldn?t eat. I told them I would put the wrong pizza in ourrefrigerator and they could pick it up when they delivered the correct pizza, that was a ?no?. Read more

When they're in there at 20 minutes before close to assistant managers there they had everything taken down and made it seem... like it was a big deal that they had to make a pizza for me wow two other co-workers assuming off the clock sitting on the benchstaring immensely making me feel uncomfortable to not want to go inside the store because I was a bothersome to be a customer Read more

They weren't very enthused to make my 2 pizzas until the assistant manager came out. As soon as he came out everyone suddenly... wanted to earn their paycheck. Also none but the assistant manager wore their masks correctly. I'm not a mask-wearing person,but if I was told to wear one, it wouldn't be on my chin. What's the point there? Just take them off if you're not going tocover your face. Pizza came out great, hence the 4 stars. I'll be back. Hopefully in a COVID free world where I'm not botheredby masks. Read more

I had two different orders for two families and had coupons from Papa Murphy's and was not allowed to use both coupons. The... other family was there with me. I gave them a ride due to their car broke down. I believe I should have been able to use minecoupon and they use theirs instead of them using theirs and I not able to use mine. Other than that it was great!! The food isalways great!! Read more
