We know that this McDonald?s usually takes longer going through the drive-through then other drive-through?s in town at my... husband and I decided that that was what we wanted for lunch so we were OK with the wait. It took over 20 minutes just to getthrough the drive-through line then once we got through the drive-through line and had paid it took several more minutes beforewe are able to get our food. we went directly home and immediately looked in The bag that had given us for our sandwicheshowever I had only received a bag of french fries. Our order was over $30 and when my husband went back to get the rest of ourorder they could not do anything because we did not have a receipt which they did not give us or the bag of french fries that weleft at home. Now we have to spend more money that we don?t necessarily always have a buy more food because McDonald?s didn?tgive us our order and wouldn?t help us get the rest of our order. Read more
My grandmother had a question today about a mistake that they made a couple weeks ago. They gave her the wrong sandwich but only... gave her 1 free ticket to correct it. So today she asked for a pie to unsteady of getting s second card. She was refused which Ifelt was very petty of the management since those pies probably cost McDonald's 20 cents. And as she was trying to explain themanager and the employee kept talking over her. Read more
This place has become a train wreck. If you place an order, expect to wait 20 plus minutes for them to finally get it out to... you. Half the time you will stand at the counter. Waiting for 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that you exist. If youplace an order on the app, it probably won't work, and if it doesn't work, the employees inside will tell you they don't knowhow the app works and they can't help you. There seems to be no leadership from management, and absolutely no help fromcorporate to make this place better. There's not a lot of options in Sheridan, but there are better options than this place. Read more
