It is not a place I would recommend to anyone that is even slightly concerned about their own health or the health of those... important to them. One of two humans actually working at the store we had opportunity to chat with. She was much more than justpleasant. Service was great. I really don't want to call it food, but it came hot and fresh with a smile. Place was clean. Whatturns me off the most is the fact of screens taking the places of human beings and it's just not good for you. Read more
Went inside to eat, thinking I would get hot food. I was wrong. Big mac had so much sauce it soaked the bun. Took 2 bites and... tossed it. Fries where cold and undercooked. AWFUL experience I am done going to McDonald's. Read more
I spent appx. $15 on a medium Qtr pound meal with a McFlurry. The machine apparently broke or was never working right in the... first place. Normally I would take the loss and let it go. But the poor kid that was working there was really struggling and Isaw the Manager by the food delivery area (the kid took my order, my money and handed out my food). Perhaps they were the onlytwo people there. I gave them low marks because the 1/4 pound was raw (my dog ate it) and the manager sent the kid to tell methe machine was broken and offer a substitute but not a refund. The kid probably did not know how to give a refund - the managerdidn't set a good example to his employee for what customer service is. I understand that many fast food restaurants are havingtrouble hiring. I think I know why this one has problems. Read more
Through no fault of staffing issues food took a tiny bit. The male 'karen' shouting insults for having to wait more than five... minutes was decidedly awkward. Never mind the front manning the drive thru too. Was so happy there was areas to charge my phone! Read more
The person taking our Orders and Money was helpful and nice. Staff was accommodating. Sweet Tea was Delicious.
French fries had way to much salt, I threw them away. Spicy chicken sandwich wrapper was covered in sauce. It seems they don?t... like people who frequent their daily deals, manager seems happy making you feel uncomfortable. I have picked up 2 big Big Maccombos and some chicken nuggets for some friends, it made them both sick. I thought I was doing them a favor since I had thetime, wrong. I still feel bad about it. I just went there tonight, I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. They gave me an9 hour old Big Mac, I threw it in the trash. This place is going to kill someone. Read more
Service and the staff were wonderful. The food is certainly not worth the money. It was just blah, comparable to cardboard.
