JJ was our 3rd stop. First was Wendy's where we never got served. Next was Arby's where dining area was closed. We remembered ... there was A JJ near a hotel we had stayed at on our last trip to Billings. Service was fantastic. I chatted with the owner ashe made our order, very friendly. They say their bread is no older than 4 hours but mine was hard like cardboard and more like 4 days old. I counted 7 or 8... workers yet service was slow and disorganized. Read more
Not freaky fast and from the looks of it, the store was fully staffed. There was a crowd but it still took longer than other... locations I have visited. Bread was stale and could not have been baked within 4 hours (as promised). I will not be back. Noteto Owner reply: Your store owners should be reading Google reviews and since your site requires all my contact info, I (and mostother reviewers) will not leave my reply on your company website. Food was great, but my delivery driver was completely disrespectful. She was driving a red Buick with a tan colored bumper. She... was rude and uncaring and took about 20 minutes to deliver after it said that she was on the way. She honestly made this placelose a customer. Read more
I wish I could leave 0 stars for the Sheridan, WY store. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, 2 phone calls with the same excuse of "we... only have 1 driver, it will be there in 30 minutes". Finally went to the store, got an attitude from the manager. We had an $80order and added a 20% tip ahead of time. We will see if they credit that back. Had they mentioned it might take a while, wewould have picked it up in a heartbeat. Freaky fast way to lose customers. Taco Bell was great. Want to know how to take noresponsibility for the job and less interest in good customer service, here's your example. Read more
Definitely made a mistake coming here. Been waiting about 45min and counting for 1 sandwich. People who came in after me have... been served 1st. The workers seem to mean well, I don't mean to attack any individual. But as a whole, the execution is lacking. Read more
