Seem overwhelmed but friendly every time I order and will... accommodate me if I need it at least lukewarm if headed to Billings Montana as I have a friend there loves the Big DaddyBurger. The last 2 times we have been here, our order has been missing items. The first time I didn't realize it till I got home. I... called the store and left a message for the manager and never heard anything. This last time, I checked the bags before I leftthe parking lot. We got back in line and handled the situation. Orders always are correct and hot! I thought it might take a bit since there was a line, but it didn't. Highly recommend!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get cold fries and a cold burger. They also use a cheap tasting strawberry syrup in... their strawberry cheesecake spoonbender. They are definitely over-priced for the quality of food i received. I don't know ifthis is normal, but i will not be going back any time soon. The name of this restaurant is a lie and I did not have a good time.I paid $16 for a burger that I didn't even want to eat after I received it.
