My only regret about coming to this place is not buying more. We bought a pint of espresso and huckleberry, it was the best ice... cream I have had in a long time. Creamy, but not too sweet. Yes, it?s more expensive than the DQ down the way, but way betteringredients. You absolutely get what you pay for! The best handcrafted ice cream I've had in years! A bit from the center of town but well worth the stop. And don't be fooled by... the building...I believe this is also where the ice cream is made. We have tried the "15 Hands", "Fools Gold" and "GreenPastures" and can recommend them all. If you have been going to Dairy Queen, it's time you try the real thing. The fabolous ice cream was already enough of a reason to stop by the new retail window, but Cowboy Creamery now has this amazing... thing called a Rustler Bratwurst with Apple bacon chutney--it's as phenomenal as it sounds--and a ton of other stuff. A muststop!! Read more

Found this out of the way shop that we decided to try instead of the usual Dairy Queen while visiting Sheridan and it's... definitely worth it!! Super friendly customer service, a good variety of interesting flavors, and fair price for premium icecream. He was awesome enough to provide us with a cooler so we could take extra pints home (as we live out of town)! Idefinitely recommend the Burnin' Daylight (cinnamon), the Pecos Pete Prickly Pear Huckleberry, and 15 Hands. Also got thePrairie Peach, City Slicker and Blueberry Hill to take home, and I can't wait to try them! We will definitely be back, and mayeven have to make a special trip for it ???? Read more
