We stopped in Sheridan for massage after driving so much from TN. Birch caught our attention, needing a nice meal and looking... for something delicious and a place to feel relaxed before driving again. Birch did not disappoint. Wow, this place exists inthis town we've never heard of before. Unexpected. Relaxing. Feels like fine dining experience. What we ordered: potato soup, hamachi sashimi, egg yolk pappardelle and burger. We loved everything except the burger. Burger, meat was a little dried and bunwas cold and dry tasting, just didn't taste like it was made from the same kitchen. I'm not a potato soup person, but theyconvinced me! Sashimi, delicious - reminds us of Uchi Austin, great ceviche - would order lots more. Papardelle, hands downbetter than any pasta I've ever had. Caveat, we haven't had a great meal in fa few days. Besides the great meal at a small-townfine dining experience and cost, their first day on the job, Nick the Bartender, had some awesome mocktails. Loved the honeyvanilla with orange zest ice coffee (something like that). Overall, highly recommended. Great food. Great experience. Greatservice. Read more

Birch is hands down the best restaurant in Sheridan. The revolving menu features creative, beautiful, and tasty dishes. The... staff is friendly, prompt, and experienced. Indoor and outdoor seating are both nice. Prices are only slightly more thancomparable restaurants in town, and the food is in another league altogether. My only critique is that I wish they were stillopen for lunch. Read more

Started out really well. Our appetizers were awesome as was our server. Our reservation was at 6:45. It took over another hour... to get our entrees, they weren't even busy. My steak was really good however my husband couldn't even eat his chicken. 220dollars later the worst experience I've had in a long time.Clearly not the truth in your response. Why would we make this up Read more

Wanted to dine here forever and finally had the opportunity a few weeks ago. Love the atmosphere, very fresh and clean, a simple... elegance. My cocktail was also very fresh/fun (lavender/lilac something?). I appreciate the owner/chef remaining visible in thechef large corner area. Our sushi appetizer was so delicious we ordered a second. My boyfriend's Halibut was maybe an 1/8thoverdone but he still enjoyed and my pasta was delightful. My favorite place to dine in Sheridan. Appreciate the attention todetails. Read more

Stopped in for lunch, recommended by Bighorn Aviation, and it was excellent! I had the mushroom sandwich and my coworker the... burger. We both thought our food was delicious, and would happily return in the future. Thumbs up! Read more

Visited for the new menu. Probably the best dish I've had in Sheridan - the lamb chops with farro was incredible. New whiskey... cocktails were very good. Pork chops and pork cheeks appetizer both delicious. And the atmosphere and customer service remainperfect. We are lucky to have Chef Travis and Heather Sorenson in Sheridan. Read more
