It?s frustrating that this place can not figure out how to keep the lobby open. The food is just ok.

Paid for chicken strips but didn?t receive them when going through the drive thru. Went back through the long line since the... lobby door is locked only to be told that I did get the chicken strips. The girl on the speaker argued with me and insisted Ihad received my chicken strips. In all this trip cost me 45 min of valuable drive time all to be accused of lying about somechicken strips. Not to mention that I paid for food I never received. So who?s the liar/thief? Is it that hard to admit youpossibly made a mistake? Is it that hard to drop some chicken strips in the fryer? Really poor customer service provided by assistant manager. I have never in my life wrote a bad review. I went through Arbys... drive through yesterday and a sandwich was forgotten. No biggie, I called and spoke with a young man and he told me to justcome back at my convenience to get another one. Following day I go back and was drilled by the manager who stated my name wasnever wrote down for a sandwich. Never got a sandwich and was asked to leave. Read more
The drivr thru is fast and friendly. The food was hot, so I know it was made fresh. We get a senior discount, as long as it's on... regular menu items and not specials. Read more
Well the classic roast beef 2 for 6 dollars is now as small as the Jr was. It would take 2 two make a real sandwich. The 2 for 6... chicken sandwich was fried so hard you couldn't chew it and has no taste. Even though we requested arbys sauce none was given. Ihad a couple of packs in a drawer at home thankfully. Will not be back. I wish I could add a photo of the tiny roast beef. Whycan you now longer attach photos? Read more
