It was very clean. The food was fresh and the employee was super friendly and helpful.
Once again I ordered online like I normally do cuz I have a small child to carry around with me I always ask for my bread... toasted always always and put it on the online order and I even right a note on the online order to toast my bread and even whenI come in to pick it up and double check to ask was it toasted? They say yes! But every time I go to eat it it?s not it?s soggyand wet and not even cut or toasted what do ever I?m wondering if maybe the workers are just not thoroughly reading the ordersor just skimming through them or what but I put multiple things on there saying I want it toasted and it?s never toasted!!!! Called restaurant to make sure they had meatballs, confirmed. Placed order for 3 sandwiches 1 meatball, 2 rotisserie chicken, 15... minute pick-up time. Arrived 20+ minutes. Order not yet started. Worker claimed busy lobby. Worker asked to finish customer whoarrived to before me. Okay'd. Worker finishes and checks my order ticket, then informs me that they are out of meatballs andout of rotisserie chicken. There is nothing on menu comparable to those items so I canceled the order. Worker had to call offsite manager to get approval. Now I wait to get my $30+ returned. And had to pay more money to buy dinner elsewhere. Mysuggestion, go to Dairy Queen for fast food like I did. They never seem to run out. Read more
