Subway met my expectations. Friendly staff. Fresh ingredients. My spicy Italian was great. Cookies were good too. Seemed clean.
I've been coming to this location for lunch for some years now and am always pleased to see the same friendly faces and get the... same wonderful service. I usually only get a six inch tuna combo meal but I prefer to visit this particular Subway for my lunchbreak. The lady was very rude yesterday and unprofessional first she was on the phone and ran away when I entered did not greet me. She... wanted to charge me for extra bred. When she didn't have my first order and cursed at me when I called to see what the otherperson wanted instead. Can't believe anyone would treat there customers like this. Read more
The staff is good. A little chatty. It is close to a school so during lunch hour there are usually teens inside. So it may take... a little time to get a sandwich. Very clean. Read more
Walked in, neither of the 2 employees had masks on. Only one was wearing gloves, neither had a hat on. Ignored me for a while... then they finally helped me and made my sandwich. It?s wrapped up in the counter and I have my payment ready and boom I?m hitwith wave two of them ignoring me. Literally stood there looking back and forth at my sandwich and the two workers for awhile-then realized I must have been inconveniencing them so I left. This store really knows how to give customer service. My boyfriend and I were blown away at how amazing this Subway was. They... welcomed us in, joked around with us while doing their job, and made really good sandwiches. It feels weird to say that this isthe best customer service we've ever had at all the subway locations we've ever been to. I had to take the time out of my day toappreciate these 3 workers, especially since they were busy. My boyfriend is trans, and every day he gets misgendered. Thisstore avoided pronouns, and still had the best customers service anywhere after covid. Crazy it was a subway! Props guys! Read more
