We ordered 2 milkshakes and a meal... the meal was fine... fries were cold... shake were both awful!!! M&M shake and Nutella.... Both were terrible!!! Never have I ever had a bad milkshake from anywhere... certainly not here. First, wasn't m&m's They usedthose gross fake candy coated chocolate pieces. We have gone here before and service was horrible but decent food when Covid hit they shut down.Today hoping to get some... delicious food we go in. Not a single waiter there when we try to use the kiosk will not let us edit our order charge you foreverything. Then wait 15 minutes to get our food, when it shows up I have a 1/8 burger patty AT MOST! The onion was bigger thanthe patty. The guy in charge of milkshakes was scooping ice cream with his hand no hairnet or gloves GROSS! Kitchen had crumbsall over. As a former fanatic for this restaurant, I am extremely disappointed in my recent dining experience. The shakes are no longer... creamy and yummy but taste mainly of ice. The steak patties are flatter than even a pancake and so have a burnt taste. Pleasebring back the tried and true shakes and burgers my family and I loved, along with the Royal burger, my personal favorite! Read more
The service is so so so slow. 25-35mins for a single burger combo. That is crazy long. I could have made them so much quicker at... home. There was maybe 7 customers total in the restaurant. The burger was cold like it was in a fridge and the fries were coldand old. The cheese sauce tasted cheap. After eating I instantly felt my stomach turning. This company has gone down thedrain. The ordering kiosk screens looked nasty with greasy finger smears all over them. Bathrooms are nasty. Grease all overdoors. This place is a dump. I recommend trying In n Out or Freddy?s Custard restaurant instead. Better service and quality.Also the food is hot. Read more
7/16/22-My mom and I were so happy when we saw that there was still one of these around since the one on Countyline road had... closed. We were very disappointed in our experience. First, no server takes your order, you have to order at a kiosk. This alsomeans that they don't have the staff cleaning the tables. You have to clean up after yourself which no one does. This is one ofthe dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in, floor and up. If I was an employee here I would be embarrassed to say I work hereand I can imagine how they keep their houses with leaving where they work that dirty. My shoes were even sticking to thefloor.The food was also not good. Their five way used to be served on a large plate/bowl, and now the have raised the price andthe size is about a quarter of what it used to be. The sauce was so sweet it could nearly be considered a dessert and there wereno onions in it. The hamburger was just barely average in taste. Do not eat here if you value your health and I will never goback because the experience was just that bad. Read more
Good food at a good price. We ordered two regular burgers and the garlic double as well as fries and onion rings. They all were... very good but the garlic burger was especially delicious. The onion rings were amazing. The one down side is the size of theburgers but for the price we couldn't complain too much. I would definitely recommend. Read more
What's happening to this place? I remember getting wonderfully kind of slow service when they first opened by a bunch of teens... then got slow service years later. It then got worse and worse over time. Looks like the franchise at this location is about togo under. Arrived today, May 21st of 2022, and the place was closed. All chairs flipped up on tables with a few workers standingaround. This was at 2PM on a Saturday. Phone calls were automating hang ups after a single ring as well. Understaffed maybe? Read more
This is definitely not the same Steak N Shake from when I lived here 4 years ago. The bacon is like that of a microwavable... cheese burger, small and flimsy.. ...
