I have the most appreciation for the employees here. They helped me tremendously. I was assaulted and followed from the light... rail and escaped into this chic fil a. I first talked to Daniel and he had me hide in the employee break room while him andGarrett got on the phone with the cops. Garrett stayed with me the whole time. Daniel got me water. Ashley came in when this wasall happening and helped motivate me and keep me calm and worked with the officer on camera footage. I would never suggest this place to anyone. There was black hair in my food yesterday which looked like it was intentionally... placed there. They are racist my daughter ordered a 8 piece nugget and got the bottom of the barrel literally all crumbs nomeat. I ordered a lemonade with a splash of fruit punch they never do it. Worst service I have ever gotten at ANY Chick-fil-A. Honestly don?t bother coming here. I bought a gallon lemonade, got home and... the label said diet. I didn?t ask for diet and my receipt also didn?t say diet. I come back to return it and I tell them whathappened. The guy behind the counter then says. ?How do you know it?s diet?? And I show him the label. He then says, ?but didyou try it? The label could be wrong.? I tell him I didn?t because I didn?t want to open it and then not be able to return it.He then take the lemonade and walks away. Doesn?t say anything or even look at me anymore. Doesn?t apologize for the situation.Nothing. I just stand there for a while. And this other person comes over and hands me a new gallon lemonade sans label.
