Ordered and charged through the app. When I went to the store they refused to make the order. I showed them the confirmation... through the app, the email confirmation and where my card was charged and they just refused to help and wouldn't fill the order.Battled to get a refund. This Carl's Jr is fairly good at getting your actual order right. What they do not excel at however is putting any sauces in the... bag. It doesn't matter if you ask while ordering, right before they hand you your food, or if THEY ask you... They forget anykind of sauce or ketchup even, 90% of the time. This is a tendancy at all Denver Carl's Jr locations. Furthermore, thislocation tends to stiff you on your fries by not opening the containers all the way. Specifically larges tend to be no more thana medium a lot of the time. Today's fries were cold and dry...which was great when I wasn't afforded a single sauce or ketchuppacket after having just replied to their question that I'd like ranch. Read more
I've loved Carl's Junior for years when they were doing lettuce wraps I believe they had the best meat in the fast food... industry. Now most of the stores have gone away. Well I'd pull into a packed parking lot at Noticed everybody is at Chickfil-A. So I entered into a vacant Carl's Junior ordered a burger fries and drink. Took my cup and sat down. Shortly afterthey brought my food. The fries were good and fresh but I believe the Burger was cooked yesterday I'd been sitting in thewarmer For what tasted like days.. The manager here named Elsa is the most unprofessional rudest manager I've met at this store. We needed help ordering on the... mobile app to take advantage of a free burger. Mobile order at 10PM for lettuce-wrapped Jalapeno Angus Burger was perfect - ordered without the sauce, with mustard and... ketchup, and extra bacon, onion, tomato. This was the most perfect burger. The female window attendant was totally on theball and made sure my order was accurate. 5 Star Burger and Service. Thank you for a delicious dinner burger..I was veryhungry by this time of night.. When I ordered a combo the person taking the order immediately asked ?medium or large?? before I had even finished what I was... saying. I really don?t appreciate this kind of pushy upselling. They phrase it as if those are the only options to get you tobuy more than you wanted. I ordered the regular size when I got to the window she was handing me a a regular size drink, butstill tried to charge me for a larger size like I wouldn?t notice. I've really only ever ordered one thing from Carl's Jr. and that's the biscuits and gravy combo, $5.75 with tax in Denver. I've... been getting the same combo since the franchise was called Hardee's here in CO. The gravy is very tasty, noticeable black pepperflavor and small pieces of sausage. The biscuit is very good. Pretty large and cut in half, with the gravy on the side fortakeout orders. Their 'tots' or rounds or whatever they call them are the same shape as Burger King's. They are super unhealthyand taste great as a result. The drive-thru was fast and friendly. Someday I will order something else from Carl's and reviewit! Read more
I arrived late at night, they were fully staffed, Absolutely some of the most polite staff I've had the pleasure of interacting... with. They were actively cleaning while we were their first customers in a pause but attended to right away! Smelling so cleanand the food came out so fast and Fresh. One of the staff was even kind enough to walk it over to us since there was no othercustomers at the moment. One of the best meals I have had Ever from a fast food establishment.
