Showed up at the drive-thru before closing. Waited at the mic. No answer. No way out of line. When I finally drive up to the... window (10 minutes later when the line was only mostly gone) they told me they were closed. Fully admitting to closing earlyand refusing service not only to myself, but the last few cars in front of me left empty-handed as well. Not impressed with theservice here at all. Picking and choosing which of their customers to serve (as there were still people being served inside) andtelling everyone else to leave because they were already closed. Edit: Disappointed that I'd already left a review, but sincemoving closer to here, I've received nothing but hot water, every single time I've been by. It's too bad there are no other Timsbetween my place and most places I ever visit because I really wouldn't return here otherwise. Read more

Horrible Experience with Warp Martin Bacon Grill, the bacon is roasted like a brick and the wrap has all the tar of the grill.

The night shift employee was very friendly and gave great recommendations about what items where best to take at the time we... went (11:30pm). We went on july 6th and personally i think he deserves a raise. Read more

The iced capp cover don't fit the glass. Never happened to me at other Tim's. I took the drink by the top part of the glass and... the lid poped and the glass slipped out of my hands and splached EVERYWHERE while i was in the car. Get your stuff together Tim. Read more

Very friendly staff to some American out of towners like us. Even helped us out in English. The donuts were good but not great.... More bread like than dough like. But ironically I really liked the Maple Boston cream donut. Very good. It's a Canadian classic,so you have to stop by. Read more
