I ordered 3 combos online at 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:50. I arrived at the establishment at 6:48 and... stood by the mobile order pickup, 3 minutes later someone asks about my order and then starts making it a minute after it wassupposed to be ready for pickup. 8 minutes later the order is handed to me. The food quality was okay, the fries had no salt,the salad dressing wasn't good and the paper straws didn't work for drinking a milkshake so I had to take off my already brokenlid when it was given to me at the counter and drink it like a standard cup, which wasn't a problem since it was only about ?full and didn't come close to the top. The straws we're also sub par for drinking soda, that was both watered down and had noice. The hotdog was okay but nothing to write home about and the burger was the only thing I would consider good about theentire experience. Overall I don't think Harvey's will be my go to burger joint when McDonald's is closer, cheaper, faster evenwithout ordering ahead, and has 0 of these issues every time I've been there. Read more
