I just ordered a Big Mac meal on door dash from this restaurant. I?m very disappointed. Not only was the driver 15 minutes late... so my food was ice cold, but you all gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular and there was a hair in my Big Mac sauce! I?mdisgusted. I went early morning for breakfast on 10/15/2022. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles a large sweet tea and a large mocha frappe.... They bagged it and handed it out the window and pulled in a spot to check to make sure everything was in the bag and there wasonly one in there. My mom ran in to get the other came out and we pulled off only to find out the sausage McGriddle in the baghad no piece of sausage on it. I did not go back or call because I had an appointment at my vet for my dog whom was in the car.I used to have no problem out of this location but now there is a new problem every time I go. Decent updated McDonald's with very friendly and efficient staff. Perfect place to stop and eat at one of their picnic tables... during our road trip home from Nashville Bathrooms were clean, the inside the restaurant was clean, and I like the kioskordering! Read more
Curbside orders have been ?temporarily closed? for YEARS & they refuse to use cash registers, they expect all lobby customers to... order from kiosks. Slow service every time I?ve been here- which is ridiculous considering they?ve cut out those 2 services.
