Would have been better if my order was correct. When I told the server he said he had told the cooks. No apology. I thought he... had gone to let them know to remake it but he did not. I kept waiting and thought it was just taking a while. He came by to seeif we needed anything and since I thought my order was being remade I didn't ask for anything else. After my granddaughter wasdone with her food I realised that I was not going to get my order. The server walked by my table and I just asked for thecheck. I took it to the counter and asked for a manager to get it taken off my check since I did not eat but a couple of bitesof it. It had swiss cheese and I HATE swiss cheese. I could not eat it! He went to ask the manager if he could take it off mycheck. When he came back he took it off my check but the manager never came out to apologize either. NOBODY ever apologized!Horrible service! First and last time at this location. We ordered to go, waited for it to be ready and it was barely 10 mins before we got home... to start on the food. The french toast was easily an hour stale, was cold and hard to chew. The scrambled eggs tasted like madefrom powdered eggs, the omelette had burnt veggies only. My family and I always come to this Denny?s for breakfast. It has always been a pleasant visit until today. We were out of... coffee and our server was not present for over 20 minutes, we asked another server to see if he could give us more coffee. Hesaid no, we weren?t his table. I know servers are busy and have their own tables to serve but 2 minutes wouldn?t have takenanything away from him. Servers help each other. Later he passed by our table with a jar of coffee for another table. Feltextremely humiliated and the manager wasn?t much help. Read more

2021 - Still a great experience! The restaurant was nice,and very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to assist. The food... was hot and tasty, and the servings were huge (to-go boxes for sure!). 2018 - A great experience! There was no wait to beseated. The service was exceptional; our waitress was very friendly, provided recommendations, and came by many times to checkon us. The menu selection was wide ranging, and the food was great. The final tab was no more than a bag-of-burgers and frieswould have cost. The only area for improvement may be the somewhat dated decor. Read more
