the guy at the reception, not very polite, the first time when I came with my family, I asked him for a table with soft seats,... he refused me that they were busy, although they were free, we waited and sat down on a regular table with chairs, while we atethere others sat down people who came after me. Today I came again and again there was this guy and again there were 5 freetables with soft seats, he said that they were occupied although they were free. It?s a 15 minute drive there and back and my partner and I ordered to go at 8:40 He went to go pick it up and forgot to check... the bag, which was missing the cheese curds, He got home at 9:00 When he got home we called up to the store and figured theywould just make them and we could quickly pick them up as we got there. They didn?t even start on it. It wasn?t busy when we gotthere and one of the young men working behind the counter was flirting with a cashier and seemed frustrated to have to help us.He was snide and took a whopping five minutes to grab me a sauce after I had waited for in total 55 minutes to complete my orderthat was now cold and soggy. 5 people standing around near the host stand by the take out area and no one bothered to greet us so we sat ourselves in the... self seating area in the bar. Our buffalo chicken salads came with 2 chicken strips covered in buffalo sauce. Our server did notbring us knives and she never came back to ask how everything was so it was really hard to cut up the chicken and made it messyto eat. Also, the lettuce seemed pretty old and dry. Waited 7 minutes after walking in to even be acknowledged we were standing there to be helped. After being acknowledged waited... additional 5 minutes to be actually helped Came in to place order for take out was told out of celery, carrots, onion rings.Still ordered food to go. Was told it would be 25 min wait so decided to wait at bar. Bartender was wonderful by the way eventhough she was by herself she still smiled and was very polite. As we sat waiting we noticed people around us getting celery andcarrots with their food. Annoyed about being lied too. Well waited total 35 minutes to go back upfront to get to go order. Againwaited to be helped now we are at 40 minutes was told order was not ready but you could clearly tell they never made the orderto begin with everyone was looking inside the kitchen and in the food warmer. Server then tells me will be another 15 minutesbecause they were behind when I saw people place orders after us get their orders and leave. So I asked to speak to manager atthis time we are at 50 minutes he checks computer then food warmer grabs a bag out the warmer and states it?s right here andbefore I could say anything else he says he is going to remake it and walked away comes out 10 minutes later with order.
