The website says their lobby is open until 10pm when we got there at 8pm the door was locked. Lady employee was at the inner... door and made a motion like we should go around. Come to find out she meant to go to the drive through as the lobby was closed.Employees closed the lobby 2 hours early huh. Seems like this place needs a overhaul of it's staff. This Wendy's is the slowest Wendy's ever. It has been a bit since they opened so I chalked it up to training but it hast not... gotten any better. Frequent wrong orders, NEVER crispy fries, in fact over salted 90% of the time. It's like they forgot theyalready salted them once so they do it again. A typical order there for 3 people can take 10 minutes or more. At least 50% of mytrips now the food has been wrong or not even there. It doesn't matter to bring it up to anyone as nothing has changed. I'vedone it two times and the same issues keep coming back. The staff there seem like they don't care as long as they get apaycheck. I would recommend if you want to get good service go back to Olympia. Read more

Third time I've had fries that tasted of dirt/mold. I won't be getting fries here anymore. The rest of the food is generally... totally fine, but I believe this location has some issues with making sure the potatoes are clean and free of mold. My throatand tongue started reacting. I'm not deathly allergic to mold (yet) but it causes tingling and some swelling. I can't even eatBleu cheese. Read more
Good burgers but the fries are always soggy and they always only fill them halfway. It?s not worth getting the fries in Shelton... Wendy?s. I would get a burger there and drive down the street to jack n the box for fries. Read more
Whoever is running this franchise needs to step up and address some serious issues before they get shut down. I am SO... disappointed. Every time I?ve tried to eat here, they?re either out of a majority of the menu or they get the order completelywrong. The employees are also extremely rude. There are a few nice ones, but I?ve experienced some awful service. Tonight I wentto get a salad and when I received it, it was in a salad LID covered in plastic wrap (as pictured). This has got to be a healthcode violation. Avoid this Wendy?s until someone with more experience starts running the restaurant. Read more
The staff have always been really nice. The food here is as expected for a Wendy's, tastes fresh and is tasty. The place can... get a little messy and needs to be cleaned at booths a little more often but overall the place is clean and never really packedinside. The line for the drive thru gets ridiculous some days. Read more
