Unfortunately, a terrible experience. Obviously way understaffed. However, it was dirty throughout the restaurant including... "liquid" underneath the urinal in the men's room, Windows and doors covered with the filthy film. Furthermore, the ice dispenserdid not work and they said they had no ice behind the counter either. When I first arrived, no one was behind the counter and Ihad to wait several minutes before someone else in the restaurant got the attention of a worker in the back. Meanwhile, twoother customers behind me came in and left because the weight was so long. When the other person alerted the worker that peoplewere out front waiting to take an order, the person took exception to that and thought she was being told how to do her job. Theemployee was very rude. Other than having to drink a warm soda the food was as expected. French fries were hot and crispy andthe burgers were typical. All in all, never coming back to this store. Wow.. Took forever for service. Drive through no joke took over 30 minutes. Friendly person but Food was cold and soggy. Nuggets... were wet.. Yeah wet! If I was not home when I noticed I wouldve went back and threw it through their drive thru window. Neveragain. This used to be the best BK in the area. Read more
So upset...they ask me do I want sauce for my onion rings I said yes. Went to pick up window and I asked is there sauce in my... bag they say yes. Get home with old union rings and a nasty burger. Um sure your days are limited burger king. I will never everpurchase from you again!! Read more
Best Burger King around! The food is always fresh and the staff is always kind! I'm in Fairfield, and whenever I'm in the mood... for Burger King I come up here to this particular spot. Special recognition to the manager on shirt 3/1/22 around 11pm for goingabove and beyond in customer service. The friendliness of the staff here always makes my day better! Read more
We placed our order online and as usual for this location it was wrong. Then what we ordered was the big king which is all over... the advertising, offered on the app and nobody in the store not even the manager knew how to make one. The only reason they getone star is the manager looked up online and it still was not right but at least he made an effort and made something close.Then there is the customer service which other than the person who tried to make us something close was rude and good luckfinding a clean table. Staff is friendly but quality is terrible. Fries were cold, soft, and barely salted if at all - they tasted more like a plain... baked potato than actual fries. I tried the Impossible Whopper, which managed to come both burnt and cold. The bun was all tornup in a way I've never experienced from a fast food place. It was missing about 10% of the "crust" on top as if someone hadbeen picking at it. They didn't even bother to assemble it well. When I unwrapped it, literally every single shred of lettucewas outside the burger, the tomato slices were in a single stack on one side (hanging partially out of the bun) and the picklesin one stack on the other. Don?t even bother eating here. The lettuce was all old and had colors on them. The burger bun smelled like ass. The drive thru... is slow as hell. Burger King here is trash. Read more
I?ve come to this location 4 times a week for dinner while on break from my class. Wether there is 1 car in line or 4 I... constantly wait 20 mins in drive through line even when there are no other customers. Completely unacceptable always late backto class because of this massive delay. Horrible service Read more
