They close early , hours say open till 9:00 but they close before,, very bad service.

This has got be the worst customer service location for DQ restaurant. It has been closed for the past 6 months that I have... visited only accepts phone in orders via the app the doors are always closed night and day. The next door Co op gas station hasSubway and great customer service. Read more

The subway at the coop allows you to walk in. Subway is a great choice as DQ has very slow service, can't walk in to order, and... you never know there hours. Subway it is. Read more

Usually when I come here it's a good experience but tonight made me very upset. My dad was looking forward to getting some DQ... with my mom and I, he gets a little anxious with drive thrus though. I asked for something I don't usually get and he gotstressed out, the worker on the speaker was rushing our order. she gave us the total and sent us through before my dad couldeven order anything for himself. When we got to the window a different lady than the one on the speaker spoke to us very passiveaggressively, and shut the windows as quickly as possible, my dad never got the chance to get what he was genuinely excited for,and the way we were treated was even worse to boot. I never got the lady's name on the window, but she was very unkind. EDIT:the lady's name was Shelley Collins, but i saw her wearing a sweater with "Tracey" on the sleeve. she was rude to me again wheni went in. Read more

Can't order in the restaurant. If you have a trailer you are told to walk through the drive thru. ( Bit of a safety risk there... ). Really did want a meal so stood there for 15 min. Couldn't even order. Left without a meal. Terrible service. Terriblepolicies. This is the third poor service I have received there. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere Read more

Everyone is really nice and polite, and they work hard. The only issue (and really it's a small one IMHO) is the food is usually... warm to Luke warm by the time you get to the drive through window after placing your order. And not enough fries, also, friesare not fried long enough they should not feel doughy when you bite into them - give them another minute to minute and a half inthe deep-frier. Read more
