The food quality and the service of this place is either a hit or a miss. It seems during lunch hours, it is the best of the... best! However dinner is not so much the same. My husband has placed numerous orders with them on the app and they have gottenalmost every order wrong. But over all for the prices, I will still continue to eat there!! Read more

Definitely not one of the better Wendy's in the country unless Wendy's quality is gone way downhill in the past few years but... Another bad experience at Wendy?s. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru where they always have a 2-3 minute wait at the... speaker in between customers. Once I got my order it was wrong so I went inside bc the line was wrapped around the building.Inside I had to wait another 20 minutes with only 3 people in line. Took about 5-10 minutes per customer and the order taker didnot know what she was doing and would be rude to customers. Need to improve speed. Multiple people working. Should not be thisway. No other food establishment is like this even when they have less employees and more customers. Read more
Took forever to get the food and wife's order didn't get taken except for her drink. paid for medium potatoes got small ,never... really had this trouble before wasn't happy. Should call management, but surely they had a manager there, just don't know ifwould do any good. By the way this happened going thru the drive thru. Never been a fan of those anyway. Read more
