I think an extra 10 seconds would have cured my visit issues. Everyone inside seems very nice just busy but I got my sourdough... sandwich and had to tell them to complete heating it up it was cold to the touch. Then when I left I realized they gave me acappuccino when I ordered a Latte. Will visit again but I'm going to make sure before I leave what I was given. Read more
From ordering to getting my drink was very quick.The young lady Mariah fixed my drink exactly how I ordered .
I waited 20 minutes for a seven dollar drink for it to be melts and not all the way full. Not to mention anyone seemed to care... nor did anyone try to fix it. When they offered it was clear I was being a burden for wanting an actual full drink that wasn?tforgotten and left sitting out by the hot kitchen for 20 minutes. Read more
If it wasn?t for my love of this company?s coffee I would NEVER go back to the Dunkin in Shelbyville!!! They need to fire the... whole store and re staff at this point . They don?t have any knowledge of their menu items . You ask a question and you get ?uhhwell I don?t know but people like it? and then god forbid them mess your order up . You get the eye rolls and the stares and thehuffing and puffing while they remake the coffee while the whole time they will argue with you that it?s not wrong . Thatlocation is horrible. The taste of Dunkin is great but please consider a better training and hiring process. Read more

The coffee, donuts & food are good.... I love getting the Refreshers, sometimes iced coffee, donut holes & the ham egg and... cheese muffins are So Good!!! lately I've been ordering online on the App thinking it would be faster. NOPE. I put drive thru pickup bc I have kiddos and don't want to take long .. twice I've had to wait like 30 minutes! No joke. I mean there werecars in front of me but you would think drive thru service would be quicker than going inside. Not sure what's going on andI'm not judging or anything. Just giving y'all a heads up to anticipate a wait. I LOVE DUNKIN so I don't mind the wait. Ihad an appointment at 10. Left my house at 9 made it to DD by 9:05 and wast leaving DD by 9:35from waiting. Thankfully made iton time. But next time I'll do walk in instead and see how that goes. Update* walk-in definitely worked better for me. Until today I would have always picked Dunkin' Donuts over Krispy Kreme. However, the staff at this location is beyond rude. ... When this location was hiring, they must have been looking for rude, arrogant and immature help, because that's what they got. These young girls couldn't quit gossiping, laughing and looking at their phones long enough to even take my order. The badthing is there was not one single person in the store!
