I love Domino's Pizza! I especially love the sauce, so much that I always order extra sauce. This store very rarely adds the... sauce. I'm confident that they don't put the standard amount on a regular order either. Seems like a little training needs to bedone in Shelbyville. They get 5 stars because they did offer a free pizza to make it right. Next time I order, I'll update thisreview. Wow! Still having problems with this location.... Last time I ordered they finally got the pizza here in only 2 hours.Of course it was cold and barely sliced. One piece was the size of a silver dollar. Tonight, I tried again... No answer and theapp wouldn't work. So, I went to the store. The sign was lit "OPEN", there were people inside making pizza, I could hear thephone ringing and the door was locked. Absolutely horrible. I received a greasy pizza with the bottom of the box falling out because of the grease. Also, the pizza... wasn?t even cut. Service has been declining for the last year but this ridiculous. Tried to call to complain, but nobody wouldanswer the phone. Threw the pizza in the trash. Will try to get a refund tomorrow if someone will answer the phone. Read more
So, my grandson ordered a large pizza, and some cheesy bread at 5:59pm today, Friday April 8th. It took 1½ hours to even... deliver and recieve the food! If I could give Dominos 0 stars I would, because they dont even deserve the one star that wasgiven. Read more
Abysmally horrible. Pulled up to the window after order confirmation just to wait almost 2 hours for my "already ready" food.... Woman at window asked for my name SIX times after the initial greeting. Six? That's a little excessive in my opinion. By far THEWORST FOOD SERVICE I've ever had. It's like they forget about you outside, and then are shocked AND annoyed when you try to gettheir attention??? Yeah that's not acceptable at all man. Maybe you guys need to drop some dead weight around there, oh waitthat's right you guys are ALREADY short staffed. No surprises here, I wouldn't want to work with lazy whiners anyway.Definitely would advise literally anywhere but domino's. Placed order at 558p for a 745p window pick up. Guy said your food isn't ready give it 10-12 min. Ask me to pull over. Waited 40... min no pizza. So I went in to see what's up. The lady was rude. She said he didn't know which pizza was mine and they don'tnormally bring pizza out to the cars. I should have come in sooner. The pizza was done and I could have come in 10 minafterwards and got my pizza sooner. Not sure how doing what he told me and trying to wait patiently not cussing the the otherwoman did made this my fault. Read more
Ordered online for a medium pizza and a sandwich, said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I drive there, and I waited in... line by only 1 person in front of me. Got to the window, still said it was in the oven cooking. I was like okay, I had to pullaround since someone came up from behind. I come to the window again, and the guy said he put the wrong toppings on my pizza,had to redo it. I was upset, but accidents happen. Waited for 7 more minutes, and finally got my food after 25 minutes waiting.The pizza was cut unevenly, it was smashed on the inside, and it looked not cooked all the way. Unacceptable. The manager needsto provide more training for their employees. Never going back. Do not recommend. Read more
