My food was very good. But my husband's food had to be re done 3 times and still did not get it right. We ordered milk to drink... had to ask for it at meal time because it was forgotten about. I know they were busy but dang come on . How hard is it to fry ahard egg. Everytime runny. We even told them to re fry the egg and bust yellow never did. They need to slow down some no helpwhile changing shifts is crazy for one person to have to do it all plus new cook. We are understanding people but ,3 times ofeggs. Gezzzz. This was the only place open by our hotel we love waffle house but this location is Very rude/unprofessional seemed like we was... an inconvenience not one person acknowledged us we waited 15 mins while the workers talked. Read more
This was the worse experience I had I was just there on 07/02/2022, our orders were wrong had no dressing on the sandwiches,... when we went to order our food the cook said no more orders, they forgot our drinks but we reminded them, 2 orders before uswere wrong, they repeatly told people after us that they were closed and no longer taking orders, not even 10 minutes laterafter turning at least 7 people down a guy walks in and as the employee was flirting with him she takes his order. If you like the Waffle House, this one is run fantastically. However, if you have the choice of other breakfast places like a... local one in town you might be better off. I just don't know what they cook the food in, but instead of nourishment, my bodyis like " Thanks a lot, please don't ever do that to me again". Read more
We always love coming to this particular Waffle House! The staff are always friendly, and the food never disappoints. The only... thing I would suggest is telling Kim not to sweep and mop around people while they are eating...it has happened to us twice outof about 10 times eating there...once literally sweeping around our feet and under our table as we ate. She is very kind, but noone wants to eat while someone is cleaning the floor around them, especially sweeping. We will continue to come back,regardless. Read more
Only gave one star because I had to choose one!! Went here because we were staying at the motel beside it and nothing really is... open late besides fast food. There was 6 of us so I know that?s a large party but we walk in at 9 pm and immediately can tellthey do not want to serve us, when they finally speak to us the lady says ?we don?t have any tables open guys? there?s literally3 tables with people eating and one table was in the process of leaving which only left like 7-8 people in the whole restaurant. Now I could understand if we dragged in right before closing them dreading having to stay late but that was not the case.DEFINITELY Don?t RECOMMEND going to this place, they make you feel unwelcome walking in the door and they are completely rudefor no reason at all. I was telling the guys we could sit at the counter/ bar because nobody at all was sitting in that side ofthe restaurant. I love Waffle House but will ABSOLUTELY NEVER go back here!!!! Read more
This was one of the friendliest Waffle House we have been to (we are on the road a lot). The cook (Cajuan) is new but doing an... excellent job, everything was perfect. Our server was Kristin, sweetest girl around. The other server was Ireesh doing agreat job. The Manager was Monica who has put together a great staff. Read more
