Talon Winery was a wonderful stop on our way back from Shelbyville, KY. Day two of our staycation. The location is right next... to Highway 65 Shelbyville exit. On the same road is also a Bourbon Distillery. Krisite W. was the associate that helped us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was nice to talk with as well. Thank you for your help. The wine tasting pours werevery good as well which is what also helped us to make a decision to purchase as much as we did. The building with the tastingswas very quaint. They had a nice selection of trinkets, and accessories for nice gifts, a good assortment of cheese andcrackers and other drinks to compliment the tastings. What an amazing winery! Kristy was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job explaining the different wines. We enjoyed a... glass of wine, cheese and crackers and great music outside and took 3 bottles of wine home with us! A must stop! Read more
