Worst possible Taco Bell location there is they consistently close early everyday around 10-11pm not just every now and again... literally everyday probably have some of the laziest people I?ve ever encountered around 9pm they serve plain tacos and that?sabout it I?d give it 0 stars if possible Read more

I did a mobile order and went through the drive thru and a car 2 cars ahead of me died. I tried to go in and pick up my order... and they ignored me until another customer came over and tried getting their attention and they continued to ignore us for about2 minutes. Another customer tried to order at the window and they wouldn't allow it and all the workers went outside and werejust standing there. No one tried to push the car out the drive thru either. I had already paid for my food that I couldn't evenget. Read more

This crew has no idea what's on their menu or how to correctly ring up orders. I have been overcharged here 2x and the manager... seems to be clueless it's like talking to a brick wall. No apology- never a smile- just complete nonsense. We have a fewrestaurants open late in Shelbyville and this taco bell plays that to their advantage. If you have any other option don't eathere. I simply don't have time to explain all the details of just how bad this place is all around. I would give no stars ifpossible or - stars??????? Read more

45 minutes to be trapped in a drive through line is completely ridiculous! My car over heated for crying out loud. Pointlessly... slow service. To anyone reading this, just keep driving on by this place. Read more

We stopped here on a road trip (about 1:30pm 5/30/22) and our food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. While... waiting on our food, we witnessed a man come in and ask to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely kind and professionalas this ridiculous man proceeded to complain about his wrong order. I guess they had given him the wrong bag, so again, verykindly, the manager refunded his order AND they remade his food. This man said that a refund and free meal weren?t enough tomake it right since he drove 12 miles there and back. Okay, we get it, but also - did you bother to look in your bag beforedriving home? Last night, 7-5-17, We ordered $42.00 in food for 4 people on mobile app.I chose to be picked up in drive thru. My wife was... driving past our Simpsonville exit as i did this. When she arrived order wasn't ready, which is fine, she expected a little waittime as this was alot of food. As she was waiting, 4 workers huddled in drive thru window looking at their phones. Our ordertook forever while she waited looking at those girls in drive thru on their phones. When the food was handed out a comment fromdrive thru girl struck her wrong "Heres ALL your food". WAIT, its not over. She gets home with food, cold when we picked up,even more cold when she arrived home, with a missing mexican pizza ($3.50), Absolutely no meat on alot of our food, which i haveattached pics, and paid for +sour cream on pinto and did not get. This is very upsetting, and unacceptable! I guess we willchoose other places from now on if this is the service expectations of taco bell , and its franchise owners. Read more
