The food was great an the employees were fantastic
Terrible customer service... two employees behind the counter wouldn't acknowledge that my wife and I were there at the... ordering side of the partition for over 5 minutes. They just went on making sandwiches for an order(?) who wasn't there. Noonewas in front of us. They could've at least said "hello" or "we'll be with you in a moment " but instead just ignored us. No one was ahead of me. Ordering was easy. My sub was so good that I ate the half I was going to save for tomorrow.
I stopped by 7 minutes before they closed at 8:54 pm and the 2 girls working there locked the door and turned off the lights.... They closed early. Unprofessional and rude. They should both be fired. There is no excuse for that. I will never come back. Read more
