Chicken tenders are nugget sized. Biscuit that was supposed to come with meal not in box. No utensils given for mashed potatoes.... Box covered in grease on the outside, and employees should change gloves more often. Picture of chicken tender included. Read more
Extremely bad experience on service. The drive thru charged my card for $19.48. The total at ordering was $8.46 for a three... piece with two sides. The girl was confused and tried to give me two drinks I never ordered. the manager offered noassistance. I received no receipt as well. I also only received one side. My card is still charged for the $19.48. Irespectively ask the owner of the franchise to address this. Observing other bad reviews the owner never replies. Read more
20220721 Stopped by today to get my pups more chicken. The same young lady was at the drive thru. She's very nice and checked to... make sure both orders are dark meat. I ordered 2 3-piece dark meat today, because my chunky pup ate all 3 pieces last nightleaving none for my slender pup. Today, they are too tired to eat. I had a drumstick and it was delicious. I really like thestring beans with fried onion on top. I have eaten at Bojangles in NC, SC, and VA, and dint remember the green beans being thisgood!! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. I ordered 3 piece darkmeat, and I asked that she double check the chicken in the box to make sure it's dark meat because my dogs won't eat white meat.I didn't want to risk finding out they gave me the wrong chicken when I get back to the hotel. Staying at Best Western Hotel down the street. Wanted some fried chicken. Drove over to Bojangles and the dining room is locked.... Not going to sit in my car in your line. Lost another customer, I won't be back. Thankfully KFC has an open dining room. Not asclose but at least they still care about their customers. Read more
Bojangles chicken sandwich is GREAT! Meaty, hot, spicy, juicy and fresh.. the only thing I did NOT like was the WAIT!! I went... through the drive through recently - late on a Sunday evening - and had to wait THIRTY MINUTES for a 2 chicken sandwich order..this is a chicken restaurant people. Ordered the 2 piece chicken combo selecting French fries for both of my sides. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to get my... food. The reason I found out for the wait was simply BISCUITS. I ordered for dine in and I saw my order prepared in front of meand it sat on the counter while they waited for the biscuits to finish cooking. Evidently there wasn't enough common sense togive me my order and bring out the biscuit when it was ready or to wait to prepare it when the biscuits were done. As expectedmy French fries were cold and when I went back they gave me 2 more sides of fries that were (you guessed it) also cold. I wentback to the counter a 3rd time and was given 1 side of fries that had 3 yes THREE french fries that were hot and the rest werecold. To make matters worse I was given the spicy chicken, it's temperature was hot but I can't eat much spicy food. I got tiredof trying to get what I paid for at this point and just left the building. I like BoJangles and this is the only locationanywhere near my travels so I will be back and they will get my order correct and served hot or I'll be asking the manager for arefund. FYI Tiffany was the manager on duty at the time of my visit. **parting thoughts ** When I asked for fresh cooked friesand said that I would wait for them to cook I was told that "These just came up". Y"all need to start treating customers withrespect. I can tell (as most people can) if food is fresh or not and in case you didn't notice - I was standing in front of youat the counter the ENTIRE TIME you were getting my order and ONE other customer's order ready. Arrived at 930pm. They closed at 10. Only allowed us to get 3 tenders stating they couldn?t make any kids meal tenders once they... made the 3. Acted like they were out. Also didn?t have any Mac n cheese, rice. Ordered fries or coke slaw only. Very frustratingthat they are this lazy. Read more
