Every time I got to Biggby I either get an iced Neopolitan latte or a frozen one. I went to Biggby 3 days in a row while I?ve... been off from work this weekend. Each day I got the frozen Neopolitan. It took a bit, but I got my coffee and tried to drink it.It tasted gross and kind of minty. I turned around, went back, and politely told them it wasn?t good and would like a refund.They offered to remake it and I declined. I got to the window and the manager told me it tasted weird because I ordered a drinkthat had expresso and to order the crème freeze next time. They did refund my money and gave me the crème freeze version. Thedrink was nothing like my previous experiences and I threw it out too. I appreciate them making me another drink at no charge,but I get that drink pretty frequently so please don?t tell me I ordered incorrectly. It tasted like they put the wrong syrup init in general or didnt rinse something out before making it. Instead of apologizing or just simply refunding, I was told Iordered incorrectly. Read more
Hundreds of delicious drink combinations and staff is always friendly and accommodating.
First visit and I was really impressed. I had the Sausage Egg & Cheese bagel with a hot chocolate, it was all very good. ... Facility was very clean and the employee's provided excellent customer service. I was even able to use the free wifi to getsome work done while my internet was down at home. This place is so awesome, and very convenient, right off the ramp. The three ladies working were very fast and all so friendly... and happy! I got the avalanche sweet cream iced coffee, with 1/2 amount the pumps to make it less sweet, and an everythingbagel. It turned out exactly how I wanted it! Delicious. FYI, the bathrooms were so clean and sparkling, they lookedprofessionally cleaned! I highly recommend this place! Read more
