Went through drive thru and they were out of all meats. We were starving, so ordered fries and drinks. Fries werent hot and very... chewy, old tasting. Dissapointing. Read more
Went in to get dinner. Waited 3 minutes for order to be taken even though no one else in line. Ordered and went to make my drink... and after 3-4 minutes more I was told that it would be 3 minutes on mozzarella sticks. I stated yes, because you're justdropping them. Lady stated it was not her fault, I then stated I didn't say it was. Another lady went back to drop them andpulled them out of the freezer bare handed and dropped them in the fryer. Upon seeing this I asked for a refund. She stated herhands were clean. I don't care how clean your hands are, in a restaurant you do not touch a customer's food bare handed!!!!There are government offices that keep these things in check and it is a disgusting display of unprofessional service. Me and my daughter at dinner here and the jalapeño bites was warm not hot. The beef and cheddar was delicious. My daughters... nuggets and fries was good. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Hopefully next time they will make my foodhot. Past visits has been 5 start service with a smile. Read more
