I did a mobile pickup. The drive thru was insane I went inside let the front know I was here for my Togo the manager popped her... head in and was like shift change it will be a little bit... I was thinking know my head even if not shift change it's always along wait ???? lol. This was closest to me and I was on lunch craving salad and keep in mind I only got the salad that literallyonly has lettuce some cheese and chicken the parmesan cease salad I shall say ???? . Went today and my girlfriend had mold on her sandwich and went to get whole order refunded and the women manager wanted to make... a big deal bout refunding order so we can go somewhere else bc all food was wasted. What the point of mobile orders or DoorDash/Grubhub order to skip the line when this Wendy?s a few employees that work tell you... the mobile order and drivers the wait in line. It?s only happens when employees tell the drivers and mobile orders but they haveto wait in line for the cashier with other customers order the food then. And then with a certain employee giving the foodsaying that as company policy and I told them it isn?t what I?ve been this Wendy?s and other Wendy?s I didnt have to wait inline to pick up the food in line. A certain employee got upset and said you have to leave now. I told him the Corporate office and I did. I was there around 5:15pm. Only go here if you want to wait in line for 20 minutes per car... This is ridiculous and btw they hardly ever have baked... potatoes... Im not kidding if its over 3 cars expect at least a 45 minute wait idk why it takes so long but i promise you itdoes. Make sure ya got gas when ya pull up dont want ya to run out in line waiting!
