Half the order was hot, Fiesta was almost cold. More like room temperature if that. Rice on the cheesy bean and rice burritos... was hard like the chips in the Fiesta veggie burrito. Disappointed to say the least. Cashier Fredda E. was friendly in thedrive thru. Read more
Last few times I have ordered from this specific taco bell they have completely messed up my order and I don't mean they forgot... one simple thing either. Manager says they can't refund any money from mobile orders so avoid that like the plague. I blame themanagers for not making sure their employees can read English and follow easy instructions. The night shift is very lazy and do not listen. I ordered a double beefy borito and two cheesy roll ups. Only one roll up had... cheese in it. And the beefy one only had meat, a tiny bit of rice and hardly any sour cream or cheese and not one crunchy that'ssupposed to be in it. Plus I told them hot sauce, twice and they still didn't put any in the bag. Very disappointed in the nightcrew. Read more
Portion sizes are way small here, what a rip off for the price of the meals. Taco and nachos were not full. Stick to dollar menu... and avoid overpriced meal deals. The drive thru was busy but moved quickly, and cashier was very nice. Read more

Got dinner Friday night they rang it all up usually 35 or so this day was 54 knew something was not right so I get my food and... say thanks Biden as I pull around the building and check stuff as I realized they didn't give me my 3 sweet teas I circle backaround only for them to hand me 3 Baja blast freeze so tell them it's wrong lady argues with me about I kno but these cost morethan a sweet tea so just take them so I asked her to re ring my order and she does and comes out they had to remake 3 tacos giveme my drinks fix two chicken chalupas and owed me right at 17 so yeah very rude seems to never be made right or very smallportions for the money horrible #tacobell do better yall use to be way better Read more
